We take our clients on a journey through the design process, giving them leeway to watch their designs become reality,
providing them with 3 Sketch Plan Designs, 1 Detailed Design, 1 Finalised design to be submitted to the municipality
and where applicable, Construction Working Drawings.
Mamqoco Innovative Design Solutions offers Full construction services, inclusive of Engineering Services. We submit building plans to NHBRC and facilitate the entire construction process, specific to your design. We construct your design in 6 phases, Foundation, Brickwork and Framing , Openings and Detail, Superstructure and Detail, Plastering and Finishes, and Hand Over.
Mamqoco Innovative Design Solutions offers Full Interior Design services. We create a mood board for the exact interior finish a client looks for and compile a detailed finishes schedule once a design is in place. Making the process more tangible we offer realistic imagery for our clients and take trips to stores with our clients to give them full exposure the final product that is their design and where applicable we customize and redesign.
